Asistimos al cliente en la formalización por escrito de contratos de trabajo y su registro ante el Ministerio de Trabajo. Asimismo, la firma a colaborado con diversos clientes en la redacción de adendum, acuerdos entre trabajadores y empleadores, recibos de descargo, contratos de teletrabajo y acuerdos de confidencialidad a ser suscrito por los colaboradores.

Litigios
Asistimos al cliente en la debida diligencia de documentos, carta de Oferta y Contratos en torno a la adquisición mediante arrendamiento con opción a compra de un local comercial para la instalación del negocio bajo la franquicia de una empresa dominicana cuya matriz es de origen francés, como establecimiento comercial que vende productos de alimentación general, higiene, limpieza y otros relacionados. A la vez, estructuramos una estrategia legal estableciendo los bienes intangibles y tangibles objeto del negocio y sus condiciones y plazos; incluyendo las informaciones identificadas y cuantificadas de las potenciales contingencias existentes frente al arrendatario anterior y propietario del negocio, con la recopilación, revisión y debida diligencia de las deudas existentes frente a proveedores, empleados, de índole fiscales y otras, con la elaboración y firma del Contrato de Venta de los activos mobiliarios del negocio frente al arrendatario anterior, incluyendo la asistencia en la elaboración de los reconocimientos de incumplimiento y otorgamiento de garantía. La firma garantizó un acompañamiento y asesoría global en torno a la modalidad del pago del precio de arrendamiento y un conflicto de incumplimiento de pagos de alquileres previos frente a la propietaria, asistiendo en la solución amigable del caso hasta el saldo de la deuda por parte de dicho inquilino y la regularización de las rentas por parte de nuestra cliente.

Labor
We assist the client in the formalization of employment contracts in writing and their registration before the Ministry of Labor. Likewise, the firm has collaborated with various clients in the drafting of addenda, agreements between workers and employers, discharge receipts, teleworking contracts and confidentiality agreements to be signed by collaborators.
With our assistance, we have achieved greater regularity in the agreements made by our clients.
Disputes
We assist the client in the due diligence of documents, Offer Letter and Contracts regarding the acquisition by lease with the option to buy a commercial premises for the installation of the business under the franchise of a Dominican company whose parent company is of French origin, such as commercial establishment that sells general food, hygiene, cleaning and other related products. At the same time, we structure a legal strategy establishing the intangible and tangible assets that are the object of the business and its conditions and terms; including the information identified and quantified of the existing potential contingencies vis-à-vis the previous tenant and business owner, with the collection, review and due diligence of the existing debts vis-à-vis suppliers, employees, of a tax nature and others, with the preparation and signing of the Sale contract of the movable assets of the business against the previous lessee, including assistance in the preparation of the acknowledgments of non-compliance and granting of guarantee. The firm guaranteed a comprehensive accompaniment and advice regarding the method of payment of the lease price and a conflict of non-compliance with previous rental payments against the owner, assisting in the amicable solution of the case up to the balance of the debt on the part of said tenant and the regularization of rents by our client.
