Prinkin leads a team of excellent professionals who advise in the Labor Law department, aiding national and multinational companies in labor matters. She also provides guidance to clients on issues related to labor rights of workers and employers, mergers and acquisitions of companies, civil, commercial and labor contracts, termination of the employment contracts, immigration, regularization of personnel to be hired, labor litigation, labor consultancy, Social Security, unions and collective agreement of working conditions.

In her professional practice, her successful services in labor matters stand out to mitigate risks in the face of restructuring operations, as well as the elaboration of labor contracts for the better protection of the client’s interests.

Labor Law:

Prinkin assists companies in various sectors in consulting and advising on labor law, as well as representing them before the labor courts of the Republic in their means of defense. She has also participated in company restructuring operations, in the aspects related to the transfer and reduction of personnel.

Social Security:

Prinkin has collaborated with her clients in the registration of companies before the Dominican Social Security System, and registration of both national and foreign workers before the Social Security Treasury. She has also issued opinions on the claim for maternity and breastfeeding allowances and common sickness benefits, as well as on the collection of a disability and old-age pension.

Contracts:

Prinkin has participated in the drafting of employment contracts, in the written formalization of employment contracts and their registration with the Ministry of Labor. Likewise, she has drafted teleworking contracts and confidentiality agreements to be signed by the collaborators.

Dispute Resolution

Prinkin has assisted in the defense of multiple clients, on the occasion of labor lawsuits in collection of labor benefits and reparation of damages, for various causes of termination of the employment contract, such as justified dismissal, resignation and eviction, obtaining a high rate of favorable results for our clients.

Prinkin also participated together with the Managing Partner, in the negotiation of the collective agreement with the Union of workers of one of our clients that is dedicated to the sale of food and beverages.

Constitutional:

Prinkin participated in the defense of one of our clients dedicated to tourism and hospitality, before an appeal of Jurisdictional Review against sentence issued on the occasion of Habeas Data Action.
