Leslie is an attorney in the firm’s labor and social security department. She has extensive experience in Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law and Human Resources.

In her professional practice, she handles cases related to labor rights of workers and employers, contracts, termination of the employment contract, labor litigation, unions, collective agreement of working conditions, Social Security, labor records in the Integrated Labor Registration System (SIRLA) and the Social Security Treasury (TSS), labor audits, negotiations and transactions.

In the professional practice, she stands out in the amicable resolution of conflicts, and for her participation in the resolution of disputes before the labor courts at the national level. In addition, she focuses its activity on consulting and developing strategies for the effective resolution of the situations raised by our clients, always looking for the best alternatives.

Her experience includes direct advice to the Human Resources Department, extending from family-run businesses, as well as to large national and international companies in areas as diverse as food and beverages, industrial, services, tourism and hospitality, among others.

Labor Law:

Leslie daily participates in cases related to labor rights of workers and employers, contracts, termination of the employment contract, labor litigation, unions, collective agreement of working conditions, Social Security, labor records in the Integrated Labor Registration System (SIRLA) and the Treasury of the Social Security (TSS), labor audits, negotiations and transactions.

Social security:

Leslie has offered advice and consulting to one of our clients, determining which are the salaries quotable before the Social Security Treasury (TSS), being able to identify involuntary faults committed by the client, making the observations to prevent them from continuing to be committed and avoid long-term claims before the labor courts.

Contractual:

Leslie assisted a client for the drafting, notarization and registration with the Ministry of Labor, of all the contracts of his collaborators, both old and new entrants.

Dispute Resolution:

Leslie actively assisted the defense of one of our clients dedicated to the Manufacturing sector, before a lawsuit in collection of labor benefits for allegedly unjustified dismissal, obtaining as a result by the court the termination of the employment contract for justified dismissal, only condemning the company to pay its acquired rights, being a winning sentence for our client.

Leslie participated together with the Managing Partner and the Partner of the Department, in the negotiation of the collective agreement of workers of one of our clients that is dedicated to the sale of Food and beverages.

Constitutional:

Leslie participated together with the Managing Partner and the Partner of the Department, in the elaboration of the defense before an appeal for review of constitutional decisions filed by a man who maintained a of independent services as a “free lance” tour guide with one of our clients, not being satisfied with the decisions issued by the courts of the judicial order, which rejected his claims, he agreed to the Constitutional Court.
